Delivery time:

The average delivery time for orders is 7 to 10 days* for the whole of Europe and 10 to 14 days* for the Rest of the World (*from the date of dispatch from the warehouse). In some cases, delivery times may be delayed due to stock shortages or other reasons beyond our control. In any case, we will always inform you of this situation and the approximate delivery times. Delivery:

The carrier selected by the warehouse or postal service in your country is responsible for the delivery of the order to your home address. If the recipient is absent, a notice will be left to arrange a new delivery or to pick up the package at the post office or courier service in your area. In order to collect the order at your home address, the person who owns the shipment must be present and sign for its reception, unless you have taken advantage of the ‘free delivery’ promotion*.

*Shipments under the ‘free shipping’ promotion that do not exceed 200 euros of purchase, will be sent by standard postal service without requiring the signature of the recipient.

Orders with delivery in European Union countries are managed and processed by different warehouses located within the European Union.

Orders with delivery in countries outside the European Union are handled and processed by warehouses located inside and outside the European Union.


International purchases: (Outside the European Union)

You can buy from any country in the world, unless your country does not appear on our list of supported countries.

All the products we sell are original and come from various official distributors.


Warranty:

All products are protected by the European Union warranty law.


Returns or defective item:

If you receive a different product to the one ordered in your order, you must open a claim from your account so that we can manage the return and replacement with the correct product. In these circumstances, the shipping costs are borne by our company.  In accordance with the law, you have a period of 14 calendar days to communicate this incident.
